kliqbot

Why I built Kliqbot

I built Kliqbot because doing Google Ads right was too expensive to do by hand.

Before Kliqbot, I ran a marketing agency. I spent months looking for the strongest Google Ads methodology I could find, then enrolled in a private training community run by a Google Premier Partner. I took their full course and learned how they build and manage campaigns for local service businesses.

Their methods produced landing-page conversion rates of 20–40%— results they treated as the standard, not a highlight reel. I had never seen another shop hold that bar so consistently.

Then I built my first complete campaign after training.

It took me 32 hours.

The work

What filled those 32 hours

32hours of sequential technical labor

Not a dramatic anecdote. A complete manual campaign build after training — then the ongoing work that keeps the campaign honest.

Initial build sequence

  1. Research services and searches

Map service variations, related searches, and how local buyers actually look for the work.

  2. Separate hiring intent from research intent

Sort searches so ready-to-hire traffic is not mixed with browsing or educational queries.

  3. Group related searches

Build tight campaign structure so ads, pages, and tracking can stay aligned.

  4. Write ads

Draft headlines and descriptions that match the search and the offer on the page.

  5. Build dedicated pages

Create pages for each theme instead of dumping paid traffic onto a generic homepage.

  6. Configure call tracking

Stand up tracking numbers and make sure inbound calls can be measured.

  7. Connect leads to ad clicks

Wire conversion tracking so calls and form fills can be tied back to the click that caused them.

  8. Configure locations, schedules, bids, and blocked searches

Set the controls that keep spend inside a service area, schedule, and search universe you intend.

  9. Test the path from search to lead

Walk the full path end to end before treating the build as finished.

Build completeThe recurring work starts

Launch is not the end of the labor. After the build, the campaign still needs attention.

  • Searches change
  • Waste appears
  • Calls need classification
  • Tracking can break
  • Campaign adjustments continue

Doing the initial work well matters. Keeping it working matters just as much.

The realization

The method was not the problem. The labor model was.

The training worked. The campaign architecture made sense. The tracking setup was necessary. Writing message-matched ads and pages was the right work.

What did not make sense was rebuilding all of that by hand for every new campaign — the same categories of labor, reset to zero, every time.

Agencies feel this as fulfillment drag. Local owners feel it as a second job they never finish. Either way, the model is the same: repeatable technical work treated as if it were unique craft every week.

The question that became the product

How much of this work actually needs to be rebuilt by hand every time?

The transformation

Automate the repeatable work. Keep the money under human control.

Kliqbot is the software version of the campaign labor I no longer wanted to rebuild by hand — not a black box that spends on its own. Removing technical work should not mean removing financial control.

The operating principle

The complicated work should disappear.Your control over the money should not.

I built Kliqbot to compress the repeatable campaign labor I personally performed — research, structure, ads, pages, tracking, and the ongoing maintenance that keeps spend honest — into software a business owner can inspect.

That’s why I built Kliqbot.
