This list identifies the sub-processors that Kliqbot LLC engages to process Personal Data on behalf of its customers in connection with the Kliqbot™ Platform and Services.
Kliqbot maintains an up-to-date list of sub-processors. This page is the published list and forms part of the Data Processing Addendum (Schedule B).

- This list includes sub-processors that may process Personal Data in connection with the Services.
- Kliqbot only engages sub-processors that have entered into data processing agreements containing appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Kliqbot remains fully responsible for the acts and omissions of its sub-processors.
- Google is listed because Kliqbot uses the Google Ads API and Data Manager API to manage campaigns and upload conversions on behalf of customers.
- Some sub-processors may change over time. Kliqbot will notify customers of material changes to this list in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
