Your use of any Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) features of the Platform (including but not limited to website analysis for keyword and landing page generation, AI-generated ad copy and landing pages on kliqpages.com, keyword intent targeting suggestions, call classification, and transcript intelligence) is subject to these terms in addition to the main Terms of Service, Performance Disclaimer, and the three-tier autonomy model in Section 5 of the Terms.
1. AI Is Assistive Only – Human Review and Approval Required
All AI output is generated based on publicly available content from the website URL you provide and other data you authorize. AI output is assistive and suggestive only. You must review, edit, and validate all AI-generated landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and call classifications before publication, activation, or use. For any action that could increase spend or alter campaign structure (Tier 3), explicit Approval in the dashboard is still required under the three-tier autonomy model. Kliqbot™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, performance, or appropriateness of any AI output.
2. Grounded Content Only
Landing pages and ad copy suggestions are generated from the public content of the website URL(s) you submit. Kliqbot does not invent claims, guarantees, reviews, or credentials on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the truthfulness and compliance of all published content.
3. No Sensitive or Confidential Information
You agree not to provide sensitive personal information, Protected Health Information (PHI), financial account details, or other confidential or regulated information as input to AI features.
4. No Professional Advice
AI output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals as needed.
5. Your Responsibilities and Indemnification
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. You assume all risks associated with reliance on AI output. In addition to the indemnification obligations in Section 10 of the Terms of Service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Kliqbot harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of AI features or any content generated or suggested by them, including claims of inaccuracy, misleading advertising, intellectual property infringement, defamation, bias, or regulatory violation.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AI features to generate content that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, violent, defamatory, or that violates Google Ads policies, applicable law, or the Acceptable Use Policy. AI features may not be used to circumvent the three-tier autonomy model, approval gates, or spend controls.
7. AS-IS Basis
AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KLIQBOT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO AI OUTPUTS.
This Exhibit E is incorporated into and forms part of the Kliqbot Terms of Service.
