Kliqbot™ provides powerful automation tools to help local service businesses and agencies launch and manage Google Ads campaigns more efficiently. However, advertising performance is never guaranteed.

This Performance Disclaimer explains important limitations of our service. Please read it carefully before using the Platform.

No Guarantees of Results

Kliqbot does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Number of leads, calls, or booked jobs
  • Cost per lead (CPL) or return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Google Ads Quality Score
  • Click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, or impression share
  • Overall advertising performance or revenue generated

Any examples, estimates, forecasts, or projections shown in the Platform, dashboard, or marketing materials are illustrative only and based on historical data, industry benchmarks, or assumptions that may not apply to your specific situation.

Results Depend on Many Factors Outside Our Control

Your advertising results are influenced by numerous variables, including:

  • Your budget, bidding strategy, and approval of changes
  • The competitiveness of your local market and keywords
  • Quality and relevance of your ad creative and landing pages (even when AI-assisted)
  • Google’s algorithms, policies, and auction dynamics (which can change at any time)
  • Seasonality, economic conditions, and consumer behavior
  • The accuracy and completeness of the website content you provide
  • Your industry, offer, pricing, and customer service
  • Technical factors such as website speed, mobile experience, and tracking implementation

Kliqbot cannot control these factors.

Kliqbot’s three-tier autonomy model and Budget Integrity protections (described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service) are designed to prevent surprise spend, but they do not guarantee advertising results.

AI and Automation Are Assistive Tools

Kliqbot uses artificial intelligence and automation to assist with keyword research, ad copy generation, landing page creation, bid optimization, call classification, and other tasks. These tools are designed to save time and improve efficiency, but they are not infallible. Your use of AI features is also subject to Exhibit E – AI Acceptable Use Policy & Disclaimers.

  • AI-generated content is based on available data (including the public content of the website URL you provide) and should always be reviewed by you before approval or use.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance, or performance of any AI-generated output.
  • The Platform includes a three-tier autonomy model with human approval gates for spend-impacting actions precisely because we believe advertisers should remain in control.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all keywords, ad copy, landing pages, budgets, and campaign changes before they go live.
  • Ensuring that your ads, targeting, and landing page content comply with Google Ads policies and all applicable laws.
  • Monitoring your campaigns and making adjustments as needed.
  • The accuracy of the business information and website content you provide to the Platform.

Kliqbot acts as a management and automation tool. You remain the owner and decision-maker for your advertising account and spend.

Important Notices

  • No Performance Promises: Any statements made by Kliqbot representatives, in marketing materials, or within the Platform regarding expected or potential results are not guarantees and should not be relied upon as such.
  • Past Performance: Past or current results of other Kliqbot users or your own historical campaigns do not predict future performance.
  • Google Ads Policies: You are responsible for ensuring your advertising complies with Google’s Advertising Policies. Kliqbot may pause or refuse to run content that appears to violate those policies or applicable law, but this does not relieve you of responsibility.
  • Landing Pages: Landing pages generated by Kliqbot are created using content from your own website and public sources. We do not invent claims or guarantees on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kliqbot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or the performance of your advertising campaigns — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Performance Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
